Thank you!! This is one of my favorite responses ever (and not just because it’s so flattering!). No secret to it…I read a lot of humor pieces in Shouts & Murmurs and McSweeney’s and on Medium, and write a bunch of pieces to submit to those places and get rejected most of the time!
